Our service is provided on a no win, no fee basis. This means you do not pay our success fee unless your claim is successful.

Where Chase Monro Claims Ltd handles a successful claim, fees are charged as a percentage of compensation awarded. Current PCP Claim UK disclosures state successful cases may be charged fees of 18% to 36% including VAT, deducted from each successful claim.

You do not need to use a claims management company or law firm to make a claim. You can complain directly to your lender for free, refer an unresolved complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, or use any FCA consumer redress scheme for which you are eligible.

If Chase Monro Claims refers your claim to a solicitor firm, Chase Monro Claims may receive a referral fee. The referral fee does not affect the amount you pay for legal services. You are under no obligation to instruct a partner law firm and are free to choose an alternative legal services provider.
